Shrikant possesses almost two decades of experience in the IT industry. He has been working as the Senior Director of Technology for Pratyin Infotech for over 10 years. In this capacity he oversees all the operations of the Pune software development center.
His technical expertise spans the entire gamut from programming and architecture to database and communications management of software systems that cater to a disparate plethora of industries like Wireless, Nonprofit, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Media. Most of the clients supported by him and his team are based in the USA.
He possesses expertise in various technologies used for application development like .Net, Java, Android, J2EE, Flex, Ruby on Rails, Asterisk, Red5. His expertise also includes database (both Relational and Big Data) architecture, management and development. He often mentors and challenges his team members to go the extra mile and produce results beyond the client’s expectations. He Possesses a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Mumbai Board and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Amravati University, Maharashtra, India.

Arun is responsible for various Global Sales and talent acquisition activities that include but are not limited to technical sales and strategic initiatives. He has over 2 decades of experience in Pre sales Sales, RPO, BPO and ITO initiatives.
With a focus on the expansion of onsite-offshore project-based consulting engagements, over the years Arun has been instrumental in identifying and developing fortune customers in various domains.He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Mysore India.
